Autumn Paciorek

I’m interested in being part of the HOA because I believe a neighborhood should be more than just a collection of houses. It should be a place where neighbors feel connected, invested, and genuinely proud to call home. I’d love to help build on all the great work already underway to bring back a bit of that old-fashioned front-porch village spirit, create more opportunities for neighbors to connect, and turn our shared ideas into meaningful improvements for the community.

I bring 15+ years of leadership experience across corporate and agency environments, with strengths in strategic planning, relationship building, organizational development, and turning shared visions into action. What excites me most is the opportunity to put those skills toward something close to home, working alongside neighbors to strengthen our community and make our neighborhood an even better place to live.

As an incumbent candidate for a position on the HOA Board of Directors, I submit the following qualifications for this very important position serving the approximately 400 Homeowners in Oakbrook. As I accept running for re-election to this Board position, I understand that I accept the responsibility of representing all of our residents within the Oakbrook Community. I also accept the responsibility to follow and support the “Oakbrook Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions” as recorded with the city of Littleton Colorado. This includes working with the community residents to maintain and build a “sense of community”, including enforcement of our covenants as written and approved by our Homeowners, and as governed by our bylaws as well as state / local laws.
Our key responsibilities revolve around assuring that we maintain our property values, which includes enforcement of covenants as written and approved, supporting the growth of our community; especially by supporting new families with children who choose Oakbrook as their dream home, which in turn maintains viability of our schools, and maintaining a community we are proud to call home. By doing so, we will maintain the appearance, aesthetic and serene quality we have established in our Oakbrook Community.
My qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Lived in Colorado since 1970 – Original Homeowner in Oakbrook, raising our children in local schools
• Served as Instructor and Director of a large private/vocational school in Colorado
• Served on the State Board Directors for Private Vocational Schools as appointed by two Governors
• Served as Chairman of this Board until term limited
• Served as President of the Colorado Private School Association as elected by the membership
• Owner/Operator of Private Vocational School working with Arapahoe Community College
• Served as an Oakbrook HOA Board member (Vice President) for the past 6 years
• During these 6 years I have maintained a positive relationship with the residents of our community and elected HOA Board members as well as good, working relationships with surrounding businesses, the local Fire Departments and Police departments
• Maintained and help build community events such as the 4th of July Kids parade, Ice cream Social,
• Easter egg hunt, Dumpster Days, Food Truck events, Community Garage Sale etc…

Matt Pickler

We have lived in Oakbrook for 5 years and have enjoyed our time here. We appreciate the community and the amenities we are provided (access to trails, parks closeby, etc.). I’m interested in the HOA position to help bring about positive change. I have over 20 years of experience in management and IT systems. As a former Peace Corps volunteer, I also have experience working on community-led projects with limited resources and how to make the most out of it.
